عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْفِدْيَةِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ النُّشُوزُ مِنْ قِبَلِهَا "، قِيلَ لَهُ: وَكَيْفَ يَكُونُ النُّشُوزُ ؟ قَالَ: " النُّشُوزُ: أَنْ تُظْهِرَ لَهُ الْبَغْضَاءَ، وَتُسِيءَ عِشْرَتَهُ، وَتُظْهِرَ لَهُ الْكَرَاهِيَةَ، وَتَعْصِيَ أَمْرَهُ
