عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَنْكِحُ الْمَرْأَةَ، ثُمَّ يُؤْلِي عَنْهَا، فَتَمْضِي أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَلَمْ يَرْتَجِعْهَا، ثُمَّ خَطَبَهَا فَنَكَحَهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْنِيَ بِهَا، قَالَ: " لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ، وَتَقْضِي بَقِيَّةَ الْعِدَّةِ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَمْ تَحِضِ اسْتَقْبَلَتِ الْعِدَّةَ
