عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنْ طَلَّقَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ لَمْ يَلْزَمْهَا الطَّلَاقُ، فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَلَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ، وَهِيَ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا، وَالْعِدَّةُ مِنَ الْعِدَّةِ الْأُولَى
