عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
الْخُلْعُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ، وَالْخُلْعُ مَا دُونَ عِقَاصِ الرَّأْسِ، وَإِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَتَفْتَدِي بِبَعْضِ مَالِهَا
