عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ لَهَا الْمِيرَاثَ، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ، وَلَا يَجْعَلُ لَهَا صَدَاقًا
