فِي رَجُلٍ آلَى مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ ثُمَّ مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَسُئِلَ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ أَصَبْتُهَا، قَالَ: " إِذَا مَضَتِ الْأَرْبَعَةُ فَادَّعَى أَنَّهُ قَدْ كَانَ جَامَعَهَا فِي الْأَرْبَعَةِ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ، فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهُ
