عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
أَقُولُ: إِنْ آلَى مِنْهَا فَوَضَعَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَلَمْ يَفِئْ فَلْيَسْتَكْمِلْ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِنْ مَضَتْ فَوَضَعَتْ بَعْدَهَا بِلَيْلَةٍ أَوْ بِمَا كَانَ فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ مَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، وَكَانَ آلَى مِنْهَا وَلَمْ يَفِئْ فَأَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا
