عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ هِشَامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنْ جَهِلَ إِنْسَانٌ أَجَلَ الْإِيلَاءِ حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ، قَالَ: " وَإِنْ جَهِلَ فَإِنَّ أَجَلَ ذَلِكَ كَمَا فَرَضَ اللهُ
