عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ تُرْضِعُ فَحَلَفَ بِالطَّلَاقِ لَا يَقْرَبُهَا حَتَّى تَفْطِمَ، قَالَ: " إِنْ قَرَبَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ الطَّلَاقُ، وَإِنْ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَهُوَ إِيلَاءٌ
