سُئِلَ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَقْرَبَ امْرَأَتَهُ شَهْرًا فَمَكَثَ عَنْهَا خَمْسَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِإِيلَاءٍ
