عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يُكَلِّمَ امْرَأَتَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْإِيلَاءُ فِي الْجِمَاعِ، وَأَنَا أَخْشَى أَنْ يَكُونَ هَذَا إِيلَاءً
