إِذَا حَلَفَ بِاللهِ لَيَغِيظَنَّهَا، أَوْ لَيَسُوءَنَّهَا، أَوْ لَيُحَرِّمَنَّهَا، أَوْ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ رَأْسُهُ وَرَأْسُهَا فَهُوَ إِيلَاءٌ
