فِي رَجُلٍ ظَاهَرَ مِنْ أَمَتِهِ ثُمَّ أَرَادَ نِكَاحَهَا، قَالَ: " إِنْ شَاءَ أَعْتَقَهَا، وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا كَفَّارَةَ يَمِينِهِ، وَلَكِنْ لِيُقَدِّمْ إِلَيْهَا شَيْئًا
