عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْمُظَاهِرُ تَمْضِي لَهُ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِإِيلَاءٍ، قِيلَ لَهُ ﴿ذَلِكُمْ تُوعَظُونَ بِهِ ﴾عُقُوبَةٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الْإِيلَاءِ عَلَى نَاحِيَةٍ، قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي فِي الظِّهَارِ مَا قَالَ، فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا
