فِي رَجُلٍ تَظَاهَرَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ فَمَاتَ عَنْهَا، أَوْ طَلَّقَهَا فَأَرَادَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ نِكَاحَهَا، قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةُ الظِّهَارِ
