عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ ظَاهَرَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ أَوْ مَاتَتْ وَلَمْ يُكَفِّرْ، قَالَ: " هِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ، يَتَوَارَثَانِ، وَلَا تُكَفِّرُ
