إِذَا ادَّعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الطَّلَاقَ وَجَحَدَهَا، ثُمَّ أَقَامَ مَعَهَا حَتَّى يَمُوتَ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَرِثُهُ
