عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
الْكِتَابُ كَلَامٌ ﴿فَأَوْحَى إِلَيْهِمْ أَنْ سَبِّحُوا بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيًّا ﴾قَالَ: " كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِمْ.
