✧ The bathhouse: does one perform ghusl in it?

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِعَطَاءٍ إِنْسَانٌ:
أَغْتَسِلُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ مَاءِ الْحَمَّامِ إِذَا خَرَجْتُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ لَهُ: فَإِنَّ الْحَمِيمَ يَكُونُ فِي الْمَكَانِ الطَّيِّبِ يُخْرَجُ مِنْهُ، قَالَ: لَا أَدْرِي مَا تَغَيَّبَ عَنِّي مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ، قُلْتُ لَهُ: اطَّلَيْتُ فَاغْتَسَلْتُ فِي الْحَمَّامِ أَيُجْزِئُ عَنِّي مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ ؟ قَالَ: أَخْشَى أَنْ يَكُونَ أَسْقَطْتَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ شَيْئًا
Translation
✧ Shall I perform ghusl with water other than the bathhouse water when I come out? He said: Yes. He said: I said to him: But the hot water is in a clean place from which it is taken. He said: I do not know what woman may have been hidden from me. I said to him: I applied depilatory paste and then performed ghusl in the bathhouse. Does it suffice me for wuḍūʾ? He said: I fear that you may have omitted something of wuḍūʾ in between.
