قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ بِالطَّلَاقِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ عَلَى أَمْرٍ أَنْ لَا يَفْعَلَهُ فَفَعَلَهُ نَاسِيًا، قَالَ: " مَا أَرَى عَلَيْهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ "، وَقَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرٌو
