عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ لِرَجُلٍ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ إِلَيْهِ حَقَّهُ إِلَى أَجَلِ وَقْتِهِ، فَقَالَ الْمَحْلُوفُ لَهُ: إِلَّا أَنْ أُنْظِرَكَ، فَسَكَتَ الْحَالِفُ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ اسْتِثْنَاؤُهُ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَثْنِيَ الْحَالِفُ
