عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِ أَنْ لَا يُكَلِّمَ فُلَانًا شَهْرًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ: إِلَّا أَنْ يَبْدُوَ لِي، قَالَ: " إِنِ اتَّصَلَ الْكَلَامُ فَلَهُ الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ، وَإِنْ قَطَعَهُ وَسَكَتَ ثُمَّ اسْتَثْنَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَا اسْتِثْنَاءَ لَهُ
