عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ، فَحَلَفَ بِطَلَاقِ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ سَمَّى، وَلَمْ يَنْوِ أَيَّتَهُنَّ، قَالَ: " يَضَعُ يَدَهُ عَلَى أَيَّتِهِنَّ شَاءَ
