عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ قِيلَ لَهُ: أَطَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ عَامَ الْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " أَمَّا فِي الْقَضَاءِ فَيَلْزَمُهُ، وَأَمَّا فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ اللهِ فَكَذْبَةٌ، هَذَا الَّذِي نَأْخُذُ بِهِ "، قَالَ: وَسُئِلَ عَنْهَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: " هِيَ كَذْبَةٌ "
