عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ الْبَتَّةَ فَهِيَ بَائِنَةٌ مِنْهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الثَّلَاثِ
