عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الَّتِي يَبُتُّهَا زَوْجُهَا ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا غُلَامٌ لَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ... أَوْ يُهَرِيقَ، يُحِلُّهَا ذَلِكَ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ فِيمَا نَرَى
