عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
مَا أَكَلَتْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ أُخِذَ مِنْهَا، إِلَّا قَدْرَ مِيرَاثِهَا
