عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: يُطَلِّقُهَا حَائِضًا ؟ قَالَ: لَا تَعْتَدُّ بِهَا، لِتَسْتَوْفِ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ ! قُلْتُ: فَطَلَّقَهَا سَاعَةَ حَاضَتْ، قَالَ: لَا تَعْتَدُّ بِهَا. قَالَ: بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ: ارْدُدْهَا حَتَّى إِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَطَلِّقْ، أَوْ أَمْسِكْ
