عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، فَسَاقَ إِلَيْهَا الصَّدَاقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَأَصَابَ الْمَتَاعَ حَرِيقٌ - قَالَ: " هِيَ ضَامِنَةٌ، تَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ نِصْفَ مَا أَعْطَاهَا "
