✧ A man sleeping while junub, or eating or drinking

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: الْجُنُبُ اغْتَسَلَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلِ امْرَأَتُهُ، أَيُبَاشِرُهَا إِذَا كَانَ عَلَى جَزْلَتِهَا إِزَارٌ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said to him: The junub man has performed ghusl but his wife has not; may he have intimate contact with her if she has a waist-wrapper covering her private part? He said: Yes.
