عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَضَى فِي وَلِيٍّ زَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَاشْتَرَطَ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا لِنَفْسِهِ، فَقَضَى عُمَرُ " أَنَّهُ مِنْ صَدَاقِهَا
