عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عِكْرِمَةُ عَنْ وَلِيٍّ زَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَشَرَطَ لِنَفْسِهِ عَلَى الزَّوْجِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَقَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ: " هُوَ لِمَنْ يُفْعَلُ بِهِ
