عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ نَكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ فَتَصْحَبُهُ حِينًا يُصِيبُهَا، ثُمَّ يَكْبَرُ حَتَّى لَا يَأْتِيَ النِّسَاءَ، ثُمَّ تُخَاصِمُهُ، قَالَ: " لَا كَلَامَ لَهَا، وَلَا حَقَّ، وَلَا نِعْمَةَ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
