عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
لِلَّتِي بَنَى بِهَا صَدَاقُهَا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا، وَهُوَ لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَى أَبِيهَا، وَالْأُولَى امْرَأَتُهُ، وَلَا يَقْرَبْهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّةُ الَّتِي وَطِئَ إِذَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ
