عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَيُّوبُ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ - مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ:
فَإِنْ أَضَرَّ بِهَا فِي الثَّالِثَةِ فَإِنَّ لَهَا أَنْ يُوفِّيَهَا حَقَّهَا أَوْ يُطَلِّقَهَا
