عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيَّانِ لَهَا فَالنِّكَاحُ لِلْأَوَّلِ
