عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: شَرَطُوا عَلَيْهِ: إِنْ أَسَأْتَ فَعِصْمَتُهَا بَأَيْدِينَا وَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، ثُمَّ أَقَامُوا عَلَى الْإِسَاءَةِ إِلَيْهَا، قَالَ: " فَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ مَا اشْتَرَطُوا حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ، وَلَكَنْ إِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ
