عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ نَكَحَ امْرَأَةً، وَشَرَطَتْ عَلَيْهِ: أَنَّكَ إِنْ نَكَحْتَ أَوْ تَسَرَّيْتَ أَوْ خَرَجْتَ بِي فَإِنَّ لِي عَلَيْكَ كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنَ الْمَالِ، قَالَ: " فَإِنْ نَكَحَ فَلَهَا ذَلِكَ الْمَالُ عَلَيْهِ ". قَالَ: " هُوَ مِنْ صَدَاقِهَا
