عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الْمَرْأَةِ يَمُوتُ وَلَدُهَا وَهِيَ ذَاتُ زَوْجٍ، قَالَ: " لَا يَمَسُّهَا حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ أَحَامِلٌ هِيَ أَمْ لَا ؟ فَإِذَا عَلِمَ ذَلِكَ فَلْيُصِبْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ ". وَكَانَ مَعْمَرٌ يَقُولُهُ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " لِيَرِثَ أَخَاهُ أَوْ لَا يَرِثَهُ
