عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ ثَلَاثًا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَرِثُهَا وَلَا تَرِثُهُ ". قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَقَالَهُ الْحَسَنُ أَيْضًا
