لَوْ نَكَحَ رَجُلٌ أُخْتًا لَهُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ جَاهِلًا مَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ بِإِحْصَانٍ حَتَّى يَنْكِحَ نِكَاحًا لَا شُبْهَةَ فِيهِ
