مَنْ نَكَحَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وَجْهِ النِّكَاحِ، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَ - فَلَا يُحْسَبُ شَيْئًا، وَإِنَّمَا طَلَّقَ غَيْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ
