عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: امْرَأَةٌ خَطَبَهَا ابْنُ عَمٍّ لَهَا، لَا رَجُلَ لَهَا غَيْرُهُ، قَالَ: " فَلْتُشْهِدْ أَنَّ فُلَانًا خَطَبَهَا، وَأَنِّي أُشْهِدُكُمْ أَنِّي قَدْ نَكَحْتُهُ، وَإِلَّا لِتَأْمُرْ رَجُلًا مِنْ عَشِيرَتِهَا
