Machine translation, not reviewed
I said to ʿAṭāʾ: "Is it permissible for a man to marry off his virgin daughter while she is unwilling?" He said: "Yes." I said: "And a previously married woman (thayyib) who is unwilling?" He said: "No. The previously married woman has authority over her own affair; it is not permissible to marry her off against her will." He said: "And I prefer that if the father of a virgin calls her to one man, and she calls to another, even if the one her father calls her to is higher in standing and in dowry, as long as there is no fault in the one she calls to, that her wish not be disregarded. I fear that she would hold something against him in her heart. But if her father overrules her, then he has more right to that."
