أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْلَمِيُّ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مُسْلِمَةً اسْتَأْجَرَتْ يَهُودِيًّا أَوْ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَانْطَلَقَ مَعَهَا، فَلَمَّا أَتَيَا أَكَمَةً تَوَارَى بِهَا ثُمَّ غَشِيَهَا. قَالَ أَبُو صَالِحٍ: وَقَدْ كُنْتُ رَمَقْتُهَا حِينَ غَشِيَهَا فَضَرَبْتُهُ، فَلَمْ أَتْرُكْهُ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُهُ أَنْ قَدْ قَتَلْتُهُ. قَالَ: فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ، فَدَعَانِي فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى الْمَرْأَةِ، فَوَافَقَتْنِي عَلَى الْخَبَرِ. فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: " مَا عَلَى هَذَا أَعْطَيْنَاكُمُ الْعَهْدَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَقُتِلَ
Translation
✧ A Muslim woman hired a Jew or a Christian, and he went with her. When they came to a hillock, he hid behind it and then violated her. Abu Salih said: I had been watching her when he violated her, so I struck him and did not leave him until I thought I had killed him. He said: He went to Abu Hurayrah and informed him, so he called me and I informed him. He sent for the woman, and she corroborated my report. Abu Hurayrah said: "We did not give you the covenant for this," and he ordered him to be killed.
