أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ وَغَيْرِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَزِيرَةِ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ أَنْ " أَجِزْ وَصِيَّةَ الْأَسِيرِ
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz wrote: "Execute the bequest of the captive."
