✧ Inheritance of the apostate

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَابَ الْمُرْتَدُّ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ لَهُ أَنْ يَسْتَأْنِفَ بِحَجٍّ، إِنْ كَانَ حَجَّ قَبْلَ ارْتِدَادِهِ
Translation
✧ If the apostate repents, they deem it preferable for him to start anew with a Hajj, if he had performed Hajj before his apostasy.
