أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،
سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ مَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُمْ إِذَا اتَّجَرُوا فِي أَرْضِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ؟ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: مَا يَأْخُذُونَ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا مِنَ الزَّيْتِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ، فَخُذُوا مِنْهُمْ نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ
Translation
✧ He was asked about the polytheists, what is taken from them when they trade in the land of the Muslims? Umar said: They do not take from you except on oil and wheat, so take from them a half-tenth.
