أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنِ الْجِزْيَةِ، فَقَالَ: " مَا عَلِمْنَا شَيْئًا مَعْلُومًا إِلَّا مَا صُولِحُوا عَلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ أَحْرَزُوا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ. قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ I asked ʿAtaʾ about the jizya. He said: "We know nothing fixed except what they made peace upon; then they secured all their wealth." He said: "Amr b. Dinar told me that."
