أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا لَمْ يُخْرِجْهَا مِنْ دَارِ هِجْرَتِهَا
Translation
✧ He has more right to her as long as he does not take her out of the land of her emigration.
